Dave Katragadda is a well known personality for his diversified and fair contributions made in the education. Dave Katragadda had set up an integrated educational institute to achieve progress in the Information Technology. Dave Katragadda is the Chairman and Founder of the Katragadda Innovative Trust for Education (KITE), which is in the process of establishing corporate training centers for IT education nationwide in India. Dave Katragadda along with his brother Krishna Prasad Katragadda has done many things to the society.
They have inaugurated many development ways for the society.

The Dave Katragadda family is having their services to the village called chiluvuru which is their home town. Katragadda Family has some development activities for the village with the village people. They have constructed some temples in the village and placed a Gali Gopuram for the temples. For the facility of drinking water they have dogged the wells and built the water tanks in the village environment. Dave Katragadda has placed some of the pakka roads in the village streets and they fought for the development of the village and village people.
As per the Educational development in the village chiluvuru, Dave Katragadda planed for the night schools for the people who are working on the daytime. For the old peoples also there are some schools for their development in each and every field. There is a educational development in the I T field also. The people of chiluvuru are using their ideas for the development of their village in agriculture and in IT sector also.
Dave Katragadda has founded the Katragadda Foundation. In which there are many of developing features. The Katragadda foundation is having the branches of this Foundation in various fields as per in the educational, Health care, Business etc……
Dave Katragadda is also having the service for the poor people with a charity trust. Dave Katragadda says about the 7hills Capital Management that it is a full service management company that manages approximately 4,500 residential units in over 75 buildings in the Bakersfield metropolitan area. Our specialty is the management of rental and cooperative/condominium housing with a majority of the buildings we manage. Wave crest employs 25 full-time individuals to carry out the services necessary to properly manage its portfolio of units. In addition, we have an attorney on-site in our main office that handles our landlord/tenant work.
